Beautiful motel! The rooms are great and the landscaping is lush and perfectly maintained. My entire stay was perfect. The management keeps this motel exceptionally clean and newly remodeled. I would highly recommend this motel if your on the Winter Haven area.
Had to stay a week because of car troubles. Very nice room. It was clean, had ac, tv, shower with a tub, fridge and microwave. Will definitely stay here again if I find myself in town
Great location , great service. The housekeeper Amber was very helpful and does a great job. Rooms were cleaner than any other hotel I've stayed at in the area. Thank you Amber keep up the great work. 5 stars.
I don't know what people are talking about that gave a bad review. My husband and I are staying here for awhile.and it's been a pleasant stay. The manager,Sophie,is a sweet lady. Very respectful. The housekeeping staff Rosie and her sister Barbara, couldn't be sweeter or more accommodating. Not once have I seen any bedbugs or any bugs for that matter. We feel very safe here. Comfy beds, and clean linen daily. Beautiful Lake Howard is right behind the property. Reasonable weekly rates. I would definitely recommend this fine little hotel to anyone staying in Winter Haven. Will be staying for awhile. Love the retro look. Just as I imagine old Florida must have been like. Thank You signed Janice Leise.
Was pleased upon entering. Did not look anything like I was expecting. Cold AC. Nice sized walk in shower. Comfy beds. Could use new pillows (I always bring my own). Only had bar soap. Ice is $1.25? Flat screen TV and free wifi
This the best hotel in winterhaven. Being apart winterhaven. History. You this 6th St NW. Might get a bad name because of the walkers and local loster. I been in polk county for 19years . I came on the Greyhound bus station. The building is still there . The newest smoke shop in town. Go see my man. He got great price. And customers is the. Best there. At budget inn. The owner and his wife. The nicest people and understanding people. They will have Cynthia my bestie help you . She the best hard workers. She always here to do the job. Then miss Marie. She will fill in for the owners. The owner and his wife. The best hote owner in Polk county. I review over 15 hotel from here to lakeand,eagle lakeand bartow . He's the best guy and his wife so sweet. He will make sure your stay is great with flesh sheets and towels. Always soap and toilet paper. Don't forget laundry room on site 3.00 for washer and 3.00 for dryer. New lg ones with wifi . Free wifi on site. Great works never had a problem. He's sweet and loves he's hotel and take pride in his work. So if your ever in the Polk county area and want to know history step on in back 1950 and you might want to stay awhile.
We have stayed here on more than one occasion. It is an older hotel but it is well kept and maintained. The staff are nice. The rates are somewhat less than other hotels. Located in winter Haven FL. Maybe half to one mile from downtown. It is quite and comfortable.
This hotel is a great value. Always clean rooms. Though the hotel itself is older, they've upgraded the air conditioning units and the electrical outlets. Since our last stay new rugs, curtains and bedspreads. The owner is helpful and friendly.
